PowerSeal Vessel Sealing Device Debuts in Vietnam at VASEL 2025

On September 14–15 in Thai Nguyen, the National Conference on Surgery and Laparoscopic Surgery 2025 (VASEL 2025) officially took place. The conference featured 350 scientific presentations covering a wide range of topics, from high-tech surgical techniques, postoperative recovery, and organ transplantation to general surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, urology, orthopedics, and laparoscopic surgery.

As a co-sponsor of VASEL 2025, Olympus officially introduced the PowerSeal vessel sealing device to Vietnamese physicians. This marked the first time PowerSeal was demonstrated in Vietnam. • Maryland-style design with curved, tapered jaws and double-action mechanism, enabling access to critical anatomical structures, effective dissection, and strong grasping without causing trauma.
• Ergonomic design reducing squeeze force and enhancing comfort; large control buttons minimize thumb movement.
